She was predeceased by: her stepson Dana Otto. She is survived by: her husband Dale of Waseca; her parents, Richard Levandowski and Lorraine Levandowski of St. Paul; her children, Grant Thomas Rothnem of Colorado Springs, CO, Blake Edward Rothnem of Lakeville and Moriah Sherrell Ann Rothnem (Barry) of Lakeville; her stepchildren, Nicole Jacques (Ryan) of Montgomery and Rachel Anderson (Dave) of Bloomington; and her siblings, Richard Levandowski (Juanita) of Independence, WI and Elizabeth Connell (John) of Center City, MN.. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren.
