He is survived by: his wife Jamie Smith of Waseca; his children, Justin Sutter (Amelia Danzer) of Waseca, Kayla Smith (Brad Donahue) of Faribault, Sierra Copp of Waseca, Samantha Strand of Waseca and Michael Kahnke (Kelsey) of Waseca; his grandsons, Phoenix, Sean, Greyson, Hendrix and Kolt; his siblings, Dan Smith (Deb) of Kilkenny, Chris Smith (Deb) of Waseca, Andrew Smith (Cheryl) of Owatonna and Sara Staley (Dave) of New Richland; his aunts, Diane Buscho of Mayer, Carol Little of Northfield, Rose Smith of Washington State and Jeanette Kuball of Morristown; his sister-in-law Jenni Blake (Jami) of Owatonna; his stepmother-in-law Melissa Claude of Morristown; his children, Jeff Michael (Erica) and Ashley Lyons (Steven); and his pets, Tazzy and Ruby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
