She is survived by: her husband Kent Smith; her sister Mona Ripka; her sister-in-law Patricia Purcell; her brother Robert Mackey; her son Scott Smith; her child-in-law Purvi Smith; her grandchildren, Shailen, Milan Smith and Kobawala; her great grandchild David Smith; and her daughter Trisha Smith.
