He was predeceased by: his parents, Holger Hanson and Louise Hanson (Sutter); his stepmother Margie Hanson; and his siblings, Jerry Hanson and Barb Willman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Jean; and his children, Pam Riederer (John) of St. George, UT, Carrie Archie (Robb) of Buffalo, WY, Becky Lee (Mike) of Faribault, MN, John Hanson (Kathleen) of Hastings, MN and Julie Proehl (Matthew) of Spicer, MN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
