He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Roemhildt and Blanche Roemhildt (Clarke); his father-in-law Irving (Ida Mae Lau); his grandson Uriel Morales; and his sister Janice Abbe (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Carol Sletten (LaVern), Tom Roemhildt (Teresa), Jodi Kubat (Robert), Becky Roemhildt and Tim Roemhildt; his grandchildren, Amanda Duval (Gerard), Hannah Sletten (Carlos Frias), Nancy Morales, Oswaldo Morales (Veronica), Jennifer Romo (Jerry), Marco Morales (Anna), Kailea Kubat and Kristin Kubat; and his siblings, Bettie Reising, Bonnie Savage and Ronald Roemhildt (Linda). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (314 4th Ave NE, Waseca, MN 56093). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at the St. John's Trinity Lutheran Cemetery (401 3rd Ave NE, Waseca, MN 56093).
