He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Hagen and Ellen Hagen (Seljeskog); and his siblings, Lyle, Norma Nelson, Ruth Paulson and Barbara Van Duyne.
He is survived by: his brother Larry (Judy Hagen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
