She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Loren Francis and Anna Marie Miller; her husband LeRoy James Cook; her daughter Lotty; her brother Bob; her brother-in-law Ron; her son-in-law Fred; and her granddaughter-in-law Janna.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Miller (LeRoy) of Waseca, Debra Vandenbosch (Marcus) of St. Paul and Sherry Anderson (Bob) of Victoria; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Francis (Shirley) of Sioux Falls, SD.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
