Nina Winifred Carlson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 101, Nina Winifred Carlson (Waseca, Minnesota) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nina Winifred Carlson to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nina Winifred may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Marshall and Nina M. Marshall (Clarke); her husband Arthur Jr.; and her son Arthur III. She is survived by: her sons, Kurt Carlson (Jane) of Rochester, MN and Don Carlson (Shar Paquette) of Bemidji, MN; and her daughter-in-law Sheila Hoffman of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John Lutheran Church - Elca (401 3rd Ave NE, Waseca, MN 56093). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
