He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barb Herbst; and his great-grandparents, Melvin Mortensen, Glen Herbst and Delerene Herbst. He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Mortensen and Angie Mortensen of Waseca; his siblings, Justin Mortensen of Waseca, Elizabeth Mortensen of Waseca, Bobby Mortensen of Waseca, McKenna Mortensen of Waseca and Carson Mortensen of Waseca; his grandparents, Lynn Mortensen of Waseca and Les Herbst of Arizona; his great-grandparent Lynor Mortensen of Owatonna; and also Jessica Landry of Owatonna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
