He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kramer and Lucille Kramer (Johnson); his parents-in-law, Charlet and Bob Oser; and his brother-in-law Greg Kelm.
He is survived by: his wife Merila Allen; his children, Nadine Kramer of Waseca, Nathan Kramer of Owatonna and April Harguth (Jerry) of Waseca; his grandchildren, Alec Dwyer (Brittany), Melaina Harguth, Charlet "Charli" Harguth and Garrett Natysin; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Archer and Johnny Dwyer; and his siblings-in-law, Carla Mullen (Tom), Linda Kelm, Jackie Beam (Wayne) and Ladd Oser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (111 4th St NW, Waseca, MN 56093).
