He was predeceased by: his wife Rita; his brothers, Mark Haley and Kenneth Haley; his parents, Thomas Haley (Oscar) and Loretta Haley; his brother-in-law Jim Warmka; and also, Louis Warmka and Katheryn Warmka.
He is survived by: his children, William, Debra, Lehn, Robert Haley, Judith, Steiger, Diane, Scherwinski, Barbara, Enochs, Denise, Koebernick, Jennifer, Rahman and Brian Haley; his nephew Paul Haley; and also Karen Haley. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and sister.
