He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael "Ray" and Genevieve Farley (Lang); his siblings, Joe Farley, Mary Winegar, Jane Malterer and Lucy Herold; his siblings-in-law, Maureen, Renee Farley, Joe Graif and Donald Winegar; his niece Melissa Gerdts; and his nephew Keith Malterer.
He is survived by: his wife Delphine "Del" Diedrich of Waseca; his children, Lisa Benson (Mike) of Waseca, Brian Farley (Jody) of Waseca, Amy Westphal (Jason) of Waseca and Dean Farley (Tiffany) of Waseca; his siblings, Margie Graif of Owatonna and Bob Farley of Janesville; and his brother-in-law Bob Malterer of Waseca. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great-granddaughters.
