He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foels and Alpha Foels (Roesler); and his siblings, Kenneth and Valera Born. He is survived by: his spouse Lois Bathke; his children, Ron (Kim), Bruce (Tammy) and Marla (Craig Watje); his grandchildren, Stacy, Heather (Aaron), Heidi (Matt), Matt (Michelle), Nick (Sonja), Blaine (Nikki), Jay (Amy), Mitch (Amanda), Kelly Jo, Megan (Ryan) and Michael; his great grandchildren, Nora Bryndol, Beckett Bryndol, Blair Bryndol, Brooks Bryndol, Theo Bryndol, Tenley Bryndol, Berklee Bryndol and Baby Bryndol; his sister Betty Kormann; and his sister-in-law Arlene Foels.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Christ the King Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
