He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rietfort and Esther Rietfort (Praxl); his wife Patricia Fitzpatrick; his daughter Korrinne; his brothers, Dwayne Rietfort (Marlene) and Jack Rietfort (Jannet); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald, Nancy Yetter and Gigi Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Rietfort of Waseca and Kerry McGuire (Matt) of Waseca; his grandsons, Kevin and Kyle McGuire; and his brother-in-law James Fitzpatrick of Reeds Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
