It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Millicent Dietrich of Waseca, Minnesota, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Oscar and Hilda Swenson (Larson); her husband George Dietrich; and her siblings, Mildred, Arthur, Evelyn, Raymond, Russell, Kenneth, Frances, Emmeth, Marvin and Marilyn.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Dietrich (Marcia) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lee Ann Byron (Vincent) of Cave Creek, AZ; her grandchildren, Sara Byron, Kristen Dietrich (Yao Wong), Elizabeth Watkins (Chuck), Jeff Dietrich, Kathryn Byron, Jon Dietrich and Andrew Byron (Corrie); her brother Rolland Swenson (Carol) of Waseca; her sister-in-law Winnifred Swenson of Waseca; and her cousins, Marjorie Gore and Virginnia Swenson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many close friends; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives.
