She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Thomas and Anna Thomas (Steimens); her husband Albert Carpenter; her siblings, Bill, Elmer, Sylvester, Jenny and Alvina; and her children-in-law, Sharon and Neil.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Carpenter of Faribault and Alvina Peterson of Waseca; and also, Ambrose Thomas of Faribault and Alvin Thomas of Prescott, WI.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and their spouses; four great-grandchildren.
