He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Possehl and Gloria Possehl (Knudson); his wife Carol Mengis; and his siblings, Chuck, Richard and Barbara Papinski.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paulette Born (Paul) of Waseca, Marty Possehl (Coleen) of Claremont and Diane Roeker (Jerry) of Smiths Mill; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Possehl of Waseca, Valerie Possehl of Waseca and Richard Papinski of Eagan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John Lutheran Church - Elca (401 3rd Ave NE, Waseca, MN 56093). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
