He is survived by: his children, Kylie, Amelia, Robert Fordham of Wells, Brandy Shafer, Lexus of Waseca and Lincoln of Waseca; his mother Cindy Fordham of Waseca; his siblings, Amber Fordham (Doug Ballard) of Norwalk, IA, Aaren Keilen (Matt) of Waseca, Missy Bauman (Tom) of Waseca, Elizabeth Fordham-Martin (Rick) and Cory Massey of Austin; and his grandfather Marvin Kormann of Waseca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
