He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Anthony "Tony" Bendrick of Warsaw; and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Herald (James) of Fountain City, WS and Douglas Knutson (Kathy) of Faribault. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
