He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peters and Eva Peters (Starr). He is survived by: his wife Dixie Peters (Rose); his children, Joseph Peters (Sally), Trish Froehle (Garrett), Angela Francis (Dallas) and Chad Peters (Annette); his sisters, Darlene Mumm (John) and Loretta Cordes (Dave); his grandchildren, Emily Dugan (Roger), Sarah Peters, Brandon Peters, Allison Wolff (Alex), Tyler Francis, Collin Francis, Nolan Warwick, Hailey Peters and Jacob Peters; his great grandchildren, Todd Baldwin and Mindy Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Andrew Baldwin, Nicolas Baldwin, Jordan Baldwin, Karlee Baldwin, Ashley Bright (Brandon), Curtis and Holly Chavie. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
