It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Schmitz of Warroad, Minnesota, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Stephens and Josephine Stephens (Richard). She is survived by: her children, Joe Schmitz (Lisa), Kari Koenig (Joe) and Patty DeGarmo (Ray); her grandchildren, Kayla Hansen (Greg), Karly Koenig, Kellee Brown (Lee) and Joey Koenig; her great grandchildren, Leo Hansen, Wyatt Hansen and Millee Brown; her brother Rick Stephens (Colleen); and her nephew Donald Stephens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Warroad Senior Living Center.
