He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Otto and Alice Otto (Donna); his sons, Lyle Otto and Michael Johnson; his mother-in-law Jeanie Larson; his grandchildren, Jacob Martin and Charlie Martin; his brothers, Floyd, Bobby and Philip; and his siblings-in-law, Don, Anton, Mary and Emma.
He is survived by: his children, Faythe Martin (Charles) of Red Lake, MN, Shayne Otto (Annea) of Newfolden, MN, David (Miranda), Terry (Abby) and Mertin (Melina); his daughters-in-law, Melody and Carla; his grandchildren, Cecilia, Gabriel, Sohseah, Octavia, Terry Jr., Lindsay, Mary, Carissa, Courtney, Vincent and Shyla; his sisters, Betty, Gloria, Martha (Eugene), Alice (Paul) and Allyn; and his niece Debbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
