He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shaugabay and Frances Shaugabay (Bellanger); his daughter Lynn Marie Shaugabay; his siblings, Richard Shaugabay (Tuney), Marvin Shaugabay (Feen), William Shaugabay (Bill), Margaret Angus (Peggy) and Evonne Lane; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Keith Hamlin, Mary Shaugabay and Mary Sue Shaugabay.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Shaugabay (Zeb) of White Earth, MN and Christine Hamlin Shaugabay of Warroad, MN; and his sister-in-law Janice Shaugabay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
