“Mr Telle was my 6th grade teacher at West Elementary school in Grand Forks, ND. in 1959. My favorite memory was when, before the bell, he would use a duck identification book to quiz us about the different species. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. I thought of him & his kindness often. In fact I just thought of him today, April 3, & decided to see if he was still fishing.”
