He was predeceased by: his parents, Swedish and Elizabeth Hillman (Johnson); his wife Eileen Sund; his son Steve Hillman; and his brothers, Harold Morris (Walter), J. Maynard and Paul Hillman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Peterson (Dwight) of Warren and Debra Omdahl of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
