He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey O'Keefe and Lisa O'Keefe (Soltvedt); his son Dawson; the mother of his child Stephanie; his sons, Travis, Theodore and Corey; the parent of his children Laci; his grandparents, Richard Tatro, Marilyn Novak (Leonard) and Tabitha; and also, Hailey, Thomas, Keira and Owen. He is also survived by his boys, his parents, his family, and his friends.
