He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Goulet and Lena Goulet (Bartlette); his son Trinity Goulet; and his siblings, Mearle, Delores, Andy, Audry, Louise and Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Neegard; his children, Bobby Allen, Josh Goulet, Jennie Austin, Jolena Lowery, Lucas Goulet (Breanna), Kari Goulet, Joe Goulet Jr. and Casey Goulet (Chenni); and his siblings, Lloyd Goulet, Donna Gunsdley, Joseph Marlin, Earl "Butch" Goulet, Dorothy "Dot" Schell, Gerald Goulet, Judy Cook, Ramona Hoffman and Rodney Goulet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
