He is survived by: his wife Janice Rae Hanson; his daughter Jody Owens (Jim) of Cottonwood, AZ; his brother James Pulkrabek (Judy) of Grand Forks, ND; his son Joel Pulkrabek (Jody) of Euclid, MN; his grandchildren, Jamie Kyllo (Kaelin), Jameson Pulkrabek (Brianna), Jenna Pulkrabek (Aaron Berg) and Jordan Pulkrabek (Samantha); his great grandchild Jax Kyllo; and his brother Robert L. Pulkrabek (Nancy) of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
