He is survived by: his spouse Enid Ann Ovsak; his children, Jacquelynn Kae, Jerald Ernest, Jon Steven, Jennifer Jo, Jacki Gustafson (Al) of Apache Junction, AZ, Jerry Slusar (Toni) of Citrus Springs, FL, Jon Slusar (Ilene) of Tabor, MN and Jenny Slusar (Tom Coulson) of Queen Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Chris Gustafson (Kelly), Kevin Gustafson (Michelle), Scott Slusar and Mike Slusar; his great grandchildren, Chance Gustafson, Jack Gustafson, Kendall Gustafson, Cole Gustafson, Skylar Slusar, Hope Slusar, Zoë Slusar and Mackenzie Slusar; his sister Jeanette Ohnstad; and also Enid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
