She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Connett and Bessie Connett (Cooper); her husband Leland Palm; her daughters, Claudia Brooke and Cyndi Broekemeier; and her siblings, Ethel Olson (Raymond), Beatrice Gunderson (Morris), Helen Larkin (Bob) and John L. Connett.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Jennifer) of Warren, MN, Duane (Sue) of Colstrip, MT, Lyle (Maria) of Spring Valley, CA and Tim (Patti) of Santee, CA; her sons-in-law, Remi Brooke of Grand Forks, ND and Bill Broekemeier of Fargo, ND; her sister Donna (Donnie); and her grandchildren, Kenneth, Eric, Michael, Sarah, Toby, Josh, Nick, Brittney, Cain, Lyla, Abby, Remi, Lyndrel, Tommy and Jonathan. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
