She is survived by: her brother Lambert Kostrzewski; her children, Katie and Kyle; her grandchildren, Breawna, Caylee and Destiny; and her brothers, Gary (Thu) and Larry Jorgenson (Suzie). She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
