With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Westlake of Warba, Minnesota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Westlake and Joy Paulley; his brothers, Dave Westlake and Michael "Amos" Renollet; and his grandson Tristan Westlake.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Westlake; his children, Melissa Westlake (Lonnie) and Mike Westlake (Corie); his grandchildren, Brooke Danielson (Cole), Noah Danielson (Stella) and Ben "George Johnson" Westlake; his great grandchild Laylin "Ethel" Donnell; and his siblings, Dave Renollet (Mary), Mike Westlake (MaryJo), Sue McClelland (Bob), Kim Helgren (Rich), Bonnie Renollet, Melanie Heikkila (Dan), Tony Renollet (Robin), Doug Renollet (Patty), Ken Renollet (Chris), Patti Renollet, Tammy Allain (Tim) and Tom Paulley (Maria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces/nephews.
