He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Alfred Jr. (Lori), Jason (April) and Joette (Bruce); his grandchildren, Alex (Tyler), Tyrone (Katelynne), Casse, Tre (Isabelle), Lila and Jaelynn; his siblings, Walter Jr. Alten (Carol), Virginia Alten (Terry) and Margaret Jokela; and his uncle Dean Brateng (Pat).
