He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Welch and Patricia Welch (Waldron) of Rochester; his wife Alicia Hunt (Lisa); his sons, Kendall and Walker Welch; his nephew Dante Ugalde; and his sister Elizabeth Hoover (Tom) of Rosemount.
