Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marlys Bird (Wanamingo, Minnesota), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 82, on April 21, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Christiansen and Lydia Christiansen (Rueker); and her brothers, Ronald Christiansen and Harold Christiansen. She is survived by: her husband Robert 'Bob' Bird of Lake Elmo; and her children, Robert 'Bob' Bird of Mazeppa, Sally Bird of Shakopee, Sandy Konstandinou (John) of Cottage Grove, Matt Bird of Plano, TX, Donna Koehler (Jeff) of Rochester, Tom Bird of Memphis, TN and Cheryl Lee (Kurt) of Marine. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association - 3224 6th Ave NE Ste A, Rochester, MN 55906.
