It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Otterness (Wanamingo, Minnesota), born in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Arnold Otterness and Jessie Otterness (Carpenter); his significant other Lisa Schramm; and his siblings, Susan Bjugan, Timothy Otterness (Ruth) and Cindy Gillispie (Pete Christensen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
