It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Kunigunda Naatz of Waltham, Minnesota, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schleret and Martha Schleret (Stancl); her husband Edward Naatz; her brother Eugene; her sister-in-law Delores Schleret; her grandson-in-law Derek Johnson; and her brother-in-law Glenn Naatz.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" Naatz (Julie) of Waltham, MN and John Naatz (Shelley) of Kenyon, MN; her grandchildren, Stephanie Burbank (Brandon) of Rochester, MN, Rebecca Johnson of Blooming Prairie, MN, Sarah Lanners (Corey) of Rochester, MN, Ashley Westrum (Justin) of Franklin, WI and Adam Naatz (Elizabeth) of Parshall, ND; her stepgrandchildren, Justin Smith of Faribault, MN and Angela Smith of Rochester; her great grandchildren, Brady, Abbey, Hunter, Brynn, Madison, Lucy, Henry and Charles; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jackson and Ruby; and her sister Elizabeth Naatz of Waltham, MN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery Fund or the Blooming Prairie Education Foundation.
