He is survived by: his sister Arlene (Robert Draeger); his wife Arlys Filley of Waltham, MN; his children, Tamra Peterson (Kevin) of Kasson, MN, Denise Benson (Gary) of Clarks Grove, MN, Curtis Filley (Heidi) of Ellendale, MN and Karen Jongbloedt (John) of New Richland, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn McDonald, Arlene Dreager and Lynn Schmeling (Brenda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
