He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Sorensen and Anna Sorensen (Fredricksen); his siblings, Marie Sorensen, Christine Thimsen (Earl), Myron Sorensen, Neil Sorensen, Floyd Sorensen, Donald Sorensen, Roger Sorensen, Joyce Krell (Robert), Frederick Sorensen and Ruth Sorensen; and his daughter Dehna Sorensen.
He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Sorensen of Waltham, MN; his children, Frederick Sorensen (Sharlene) of Waltham, MN, Kirk Sorensen (Kim) of Hayfield, MN, Lana Schultz (Leonard) of Zumbrota, MN and Kevin Sorensen of West Concord, MN; and his siblings, Erene Tapp (Gaylord) of Brownsdale, MN and Robert Sorensen (Beverly) of Grand Meadow, MN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
