He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Millard (Reinhardt) and Crist Millard; his sister Marilyn Millard; his children, Scott Millard (Heidi), Jennifer Winkels, Krista Brosius (John) and Matthew Carroll (Nicky); his grandchildren, Ellie, Heather, Jordan, Kaelyn, Leia, Reigyn, Sabryn and Sarah; and his siblings, Sharon Bilben, Nancy Millard and Darrell Millard. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
