He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Fure); his children, Jeff (Heather), Kim Mellem (Todd) and Cheryl Tostenson (Tal); his grandchildren, Jake Mellem (Emily), Hunter Tostenson, Josh Mellem (Ashley) and Devyn Harris (Michael); his great grandchildren, Layla, Hallie, Brooks, Hayes and Jett; and his brothers, Ron Dahmen, Mike Dahmen and Curt Wideen.
