We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2023, at the age of 87, Sonya Marie Murphy of Walker, Minnesota, born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Mark Foss; her brother Joe Tallakson; her cousin LaVonne Sorenson; and also Robert Murphy. She is survived by: her former husband John Foss; her husband Robert Murphy; her daughters, Cindy Lee Pasquarella (Matt) and Juleah Foss; her grandchildren, Katie Borland (David), RJ Lee and Micaelah Hill (Roderic); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Oliver and Lennox Borland; and her siblings, Dan Tallakson (Wanda) and Ruth Tallakson. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Kabekona Lake Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, or an organization of your choice.
