Richard Lorentz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lorentz of Walker, Minnesota, born in Staples, Minnesota, who passed away on July 23, 2021 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Lorentz to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lorentz and Catherine Lorentz (Kern); and his siblings, Robert, Loretta Lorentz, Mary Jane Volesky and Dorothy Spiering.

He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Angela Storlie and Christina Windschitl (Ryan) of Grand Rapids; his granddaughters, Madden and Reese Windschitl; and his siblings, William, Kaye Knowlton, Theresa Lorentz, Frances Donlin and Agatha Lorentz. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family to help carry on Dick's legacy passion for the outdoors.
