She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Conley. She is survived by: her mother Andrea Conley; her husband Kevin Zismer; her daughters, Madison and Abigail; and her siblings, Tabatha Cathcart (Brian) and Nicholas Conley (Lisa). She is also survived by her family, friends.
