He is survived by: his wife Karen Jacob; his sons, Jeff (Kristi), Dave (Jami) and Dan (Beth); his brothers, Jerry Kellogg (Jeannine), Ronny Kellogg and Gene Sarp; his grandchildren, Chris Kelly (Bobby), Janelle Rearick (Ryan), Betsy Woodford (Jeff), Michael Kellogg, Chelsie Nugent (Ray), Katie Piazza (Alex), Brooke Smith (Walker), Haley Kellogg (Jason), Grant Kellogg, James Kellogg (Mariana) and Cohen Kellogg; and his great grandchildren, Gus Patric, Lincoln, Lyla Woodford, Jack, Leo Rearick, Graham, Olive, Porter Smith, Blue, Sunday Nugent and Catherine Kelly-Vance.
