Beaulieu and Samantha Rae Beaulieu; her great grandchild Keenan Beaulieu, Jr.; her husband Bud Beaulieu; and her siblings, Vicki Stately, David Lyons, Angela Stately Jourdain, Jesslyn Dumont (Stately), Johanna Stately, Leon G. Stately, Jr. and Gary Lee Stately. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
