She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray "Chic" Oothoudt; her children, Joseph Howard, Frank Oothoudt and Rosalynda Oothoudt; her parents, Frances Anne Gould and John Judd Smith, Sr.; her siblings, Lynda Smith, David and Leo "Bart" Smith; her grandchildren, James Elmberg, Jason Howard, Eric Rico, LeRoy Gale and Zendayh Russell; her children, Stephan Howard of Cass Lake, Patrick Howard of Onigum, Daniel Oothoudt of Old Agency, Aaron Oothoudt, Sr. of Old Agency and Lavae Oothoudt of Old Agency; and her siblings, Michael Smith, John Smith, Jr., Wayne Smith, Terry Smith, Robin Jordan, Jerry Jordan, Gloria Beaulieu, Kathy Frazer, Theresa Jordan, Margaret Jordan and Beverly Jordan. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
