He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Collins and Leona Collins (Joecks); and his brother-in-law Robert Prail. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara J. Prail; his children, Paul Collins (Deanna) of Waldorf and Amy Juliar (Keith) of Farmington, MN; his grandchildren, Rachel Collins, Taylor and Jack Juliar; his stepgrandchildren, Lena, Chelsey, Masion and Logan Nesset; his sister Gloria Crossman (Gary) of Eau Claire, WI; his close friend Patricia Coy of New Richland, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Prail of Janesville, MN and Beverly Habeck (Darold) of St. Peter, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
