He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Curtis and Katherine Curtis (Neis); his parents-in-law, August and Apolonia Eiynck; his children, Claude, Pamela and Andy; and his brothers, Claude, Jerome, Richard, Edwin, Harold and Alfred.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Eiynck of Waite Park; and his children, Charles (Denise) of St. Cloud, William (Bonnie) of Rice, Shelly Scepaniak (Jeff) of Avon, Wayne of St. Cloud and Ken (Karin) of South Haven. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
