He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Sr. Roser and Helen Roser (Sherman); his daughter Wendy Campion of Clear Lake, WI; his grandchildren, Rhianna and Andrew of Clear Lake, WI; his brother-in-law Walter Hoffmann Jr.; his adoptive mother Marie Roser; his wife Vicky; his son Drew; his brother Foster Jr.; his sister-in-law Elizabeth; and his father-in-law Walter O. (Helen Hoffmann).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Tri County Alliance Church or Grey Face Rescue & Retirement, St. Cloud, MN.
